Founded in 1989, Buckeye Pawn Shop was the first pawnshop in Southwestern Columbus – beginning our proud history of excellence. We now own four locations throughout the city. We have built our reputation by giving every customer exceptional service.
When providing loans, we try to focus on understanding our customer’s financial needs and unique circumstances.
One of the easiest methods of securing a loan is pawning something for collateral. It has been around for centuries. If you are unable to pay back the loan (plus storage and interest), your items will become our property and be put out for sale in our showroom.
We act as a full lending institution by offering cash loans on valuables of all kinds. Our loans are processed within minutes and there are no hassles or credit checks. Pledges are held for 90 days with a 30-day notice (120 days). We can hold your loan longer if storage and interest fees are paid. We cannot accept interest and storage payments in advance of their due date.
Buckeye Pawn Shop is not held liable for loss or damage caused by an act of God, burglary, or any other unforeseen casualty beyond the control of the pawnbroker.
You can also sell your items outright for cash if you do not wish to start a loan.
We also sell any items that are forfeited in connection to pawn lending. Whether explaining the loaning process or helping you browse our vast selection, our staff is always professional, courteous, and friendly. Our tidy and well-organized showroom makes shopping with us a pleasure.
